Open House Golf Outing Registration Form

FOREEE! Our Golf Outing will be held on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at McCormick Creek Golf Course.

Registration with coffee and rolls will be from 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM.

A “Shotgun Start” begins promptly at 8:00 AM.

We will have LOTS of hole prizes from Kountry Wood gear to $10,000 Hole in One opportunity. The top two teams will be awarded team prizes as well.
